Each lead is a recipient paid by both a campaign and a national party committee this cycle. Commodity platforms and merchants (ads, fundraising rails, software tools, travel) are excluded by default. Review priority is descriptive only; never proof of coordination.

Research leads rank shared recipients with a deterministic review-priority score built from spend size, recipient type, result-match context, and how many races the recipient appears in. Use The Desk for review actions or Shared recipients for the full analytical table.
